hummus
When I serve hummus, many people will ask "what's hummus"? The best way I can describe it is to say "it's similar to bean dip". The first time I had hummus was in a greek restaurant in Fargo, ND and I was hooked. They had it on the menu as an appetizer served with warm pita bread. Once I found a recipe, I had to try making it at home. This is my revision of that recipe. Delicious and good for you!!
