I am always on the hunt for new dishes to serve when entertaining. This one I found a long time ago (1980's) --and I am still serving it nearly thirty year's later!

Ingredients

1
package cream cheese (8 oz)
2 Tbsp
cream or half and half
1/2 c
sour cream
2 1/2 oz
dried beef
2 Tbsp
grated onion
1 Tbsp
horseradish
Dash
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 c
pecans, chopped

How to Make Hot Appetizer Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Mix the first three ingredients together until well blended.
  • 3Add the remaining ingredients (except the pecans) and mix well and place in a small, shallow baking dish.
  • 4Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • 6Serve with crackers; refrigerate leftovers.
