- 3dozens pounds crabs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 to 3 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 to 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons lard
How To Make home made crab cakes

Step 1after u pick u crab meat from the crabs it self, then make sure there is no shells , then add your eggs, then your mayo, then mustard, then your bread crumbs, mix well until you feel like they will stick good, u might need to add more ingredients, as desirer to your taste, u might even want to add some more OBay to your ingredients. Then put your lard, or oil to your frying pan and make sure it is the right tempture and put your crab cakes in the frying pan, and make sure they r brown on each end, and they r done, it only takes 30 seconds to cook, once your oil or lard is hot enough

Step 2Then u put the crab cakes on crackers or braed or sub roll what ever way u desirer to eat it, me myself like it on toast with some mayo, it tastes great
