Ingredients

  • 2 ounces 7 oz plain hummus
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese + 1/4 cup
  • 2/3 cup chopped kalmata olives
  • 2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make gluten free baked hummus

  • Step 1
    Spread hummus evenly into an 8 x 8 square baking dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese to evenly cover surface.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, gently blend olives and tomatoes. Layer this mixture over the hummus and cheese
  • Step 3
    Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake at 350 fifteen to twenty minutes and serve warm.
