  • 2 oz
    7 oz plain hummus
  • 1 c
    crumbled feta cheese + 1/4 cup
  • 2/3 c
    chopped kalmata olives
  • 2/3 c
    chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Gluten Free Baked Hummus


  1. Spread hummus evenly into an 8 x 8 square baking dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese to evenly cover surface.
  2. In a separate bowl, gently blend olives and tomatoes. Layer this mixture over the hummus and cheese
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake at 350 fifteen to twenty minutes and serve warm.
