16 ozcream cheese, room temperature
16 ozsour cream
1 largebottle of dried beef
1 bunchchopped green onion
How to Make Fondue in a Loaf
- Hollow out the loaf of sheepherders bread. Save the top of the loaf.
- Rinse beef in water to remove excess salt. Drain well, then chop up beef.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and beef, mixing well.
- Pour into the hollow out loaf of bread and put the top of the loaf back on. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 oven for one hour. Serve with bread cubes, fresh veggies, or chips.
