This is my mom's recipe for stuffed eggs and it was always a hit. I had one teacher in middle school who would always ask me to bring these to parties because she loved them so much. They are so simple to make.

Ingredients
- 1 - dozen large eggs
- 1 - jar of blue plate sandwich spread
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- - salt and pepper
How To Make elaine's stuffed eggs

Step 1Hard boil eggs. Remove from shell, cut in half, remove yolk and place in a bowl.

Step 2Mash yolks with fork. Add sandwich spread until the mixture becomes wet like a paste. Add horseradish for a little kick.

Step 3Spoon mixture in to egg white halves.

Step 4You can top with a slice of green olive if you like.
