Ingredients
- 12 - extra large organic brown eggs
- 5 tablespoons hellmans mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet(drain off juice)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - sea salt to taste
- - paprika powder to sprinkle on top
How To Make deviled eggs

Step 1Place eggs into a large pot of warm water, Bring to boil for ONLY 5 minutes. Turn off heat leaving pot on the burner for 13 minutes.

Step 2Place eggs in ice cold water for 2 minutes to loosen shells. Remove yolk and mash yolk.

Step 3Mix all remaining ingredients in the mashed egg yolks. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut of corner and fill the egg white, then sprinkle with the paprika and put in refrigerator.
