Ingredients

  • 12
    extra large organic brown eggs
  • 5 Tbsp
    hellmans mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    pickle relish, sweet(drain off juice)
  • 1 tsp
    mustard
  • 1 tsp
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • ·
    sea salt to taste
  • ·
    paprika powder to sprinkle on top

How to Make Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Place eggs into a large pot of warm water, Bring to boil for ONLY 5 minutes. Turn off heat leaving pot on the burner for 13 minutes.
  2. Place eggs in ice cold water for 2 minutes to loosen shells. Remove yolk and mash yolk.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in the mashed egg yolks. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut of corner and fill the egg white, then sprinkle with the paprika and put in refrigerator.
