Ingredients

  • 12 - extra large organic brown eggs
  • 5 tablespoons hellmans mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet(drain off juice)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • - sea salt to taste
  • - paprika powder to sprinkle on top

How To Make deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Place eggs into a large pot of warm water, Bring to boil for ONLY 5 minutes. Turn off heat leaving pot on the burner for 13 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Place eggs in ice cold water for 2 minutes to loosen shells. Remove yolk and mash yolk.
  • Step 3
    Mix all remaining ingredients in the mashed egg yolks. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut of corner and fill the egg white, then sprinkle with the paprika and put in refrigerator.
