Deviled Eggs
Ingredients

12extra large organic brown eggs

5 Tbsphellmans mayonnaise

3 Tbsppickle relish, sweet(drain off juice)

1 tspmustard
-
1 tspjalapeno peppers
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
·sea salt to taste

·paprika powder to sprinkle on top
How to Make Deviled Eggs
- Place eggs into a large pot of warm water, Bring to boil for ONLY 5 minutes. Turn off heat leaving pot on the burner for 13 minutes.
- Place eggs in ice cold water for 2 minutes to loosen shells. Remove yolk and mash yolk.
- Mix all remaining ingredients in the mashed egg yolks. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut of corner and fill the egg white, then sprinkle with the paprika and put in refrigerator.
