1 pkg(8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
1 cparmesan cheese, grated
2 largecloves garlic, pressed
1 can(s)(14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2 croasted red peppers, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
7 1/2 oz(213 g) crab meat, chopped
How to Make Crab Artichoke Pepper Dip
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts the bubble.
- Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and serve it with crostini or tortilla chips.
