Ingredients For crab artichoke pepper dip

  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 lg
    cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 can
    (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    roasted red peppers, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 7 1/2 oz
    (213 g) crab meat, chopped

How To Make crab artichoke pepper dip

    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts the bubble.

    Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and serve it with crostini or tortilla chips.
