  • 1 lb
    corvina filet
  • 6 to 8
    limes, juiced
  • 8
    red thai chili's, chopped
  • 1/2
    red onion, chopped
  • bunch
    cilantro, chopped
  • ·
    salt/pepper

How to Make Corvina Ceviche w/ Red Thai Chili's

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut fish into small cubes, place in a deep glass dish (must be glass, due to the acidity)
  2. add in all other ingredients, toss and let sit for 1 hour, then drain half the liquid. Enjoy with saltine crackers.
