- 1 pound corvina filet
- 6 to 8 limes, juiced
- 8 red thai chili's, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- bunch cilantro, chopped
- salt/pepper
How To Make corvina ceviche w/ red thai chili's

Step 1Cut fish into small cubes, place in a deep glass dish (must be glass, due to the acidity)

Step 2add in all other ingredients, toss and let sit for 1 hour, then drain half the liquid. Enjoy with saltine crackers.
