Ingredients

  • 1 pound corvina filet
  • 6 to 8 limes, juiced
  • 8 red thai chili's, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • bunch cilantro, chopped
  • salt/pepper

How To Make corvina ceviche w/ red thai chili's

  • Step 1
    Cut fish into small cubes, place in a deep glass dish (must be glass, due to the acidity)
  • Step 2
    add in all other ingredients, toss and let sit for 1 hour, then drain half the liquid. Enjoy with saltine crackers.
