Ingredients
- 6 - hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 3 dashes green hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt or a little more
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make classic deviled eggs

Step 1Pop out ( remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash until smooth.

Step 2Add Mayo,sour cream and mustard , add the hot sauce , salt and pepper and chili powder and mix through until it is smooth.

Step 3Fill the the empty white egg shells with the mixture and sprinkel lightly with chives and chili powder .
