    hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3 dash(es)
    green hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt or a little more
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder

How to Make Classic Deviled Eggs


  1. Pop out ( remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash until smooth.
  2. Add Mayo,sour cream and mustard , add the hot sauce , salt and pepper and chili powder and mix through until it is smooth.
  3. Fill the the empty white egg shells with the mixture and sprinkel lightly with chives and chili powder .
