Classic Deviled Eggs
6hard boiled eggs peeled and cut lengthwise
1/3 csour cream
2 Tbspdijon mustard
3 dash(es)green hot sauce
1/8 tspsalt or a little more
1/4 tspgarlic pepper
1/4 tspchili powder
How to Make Classic Deviled Eggs
- Pop out ( remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash until smooth.
- Add Mayo,sour cream and mustard , add the hot sauce , salt and pepper and chili powder and mix through until it is smooth.
- Fill the the empty white egg shells with the mixture and sprinkel lightly with chives and chili powder .
