Ingredients
- 12 - hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white or rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- - sprinkle of paprika (optional)
How To Make classic deviled eggs

Step 1Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Step 2Carefully remove yolks to a bowl. Mash well with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, dill and 2 tablespoons chopped chives. Stir well to combine.

Step 3Pipe or spoon into egg whites. Garnish with remaining chopped chives and/or sprinkled paprika.

Step 4Refrigerate until ready to serve.
