  • 1- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
    - 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained
    - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    - ½ teaspoon chili powder
    - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
