2 clovegarlic, minced

How to Make Bruschette
- In a small bowl, stir together tomatoes, green onions, basil, olive oil, garlic, and pepper. Cover and chill.
- For the toast, cut baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425F for about 5 minutes or until desired crispness and golden brown color is achieved. BE SURE TO TURN ONCE.
- Top toast with tomato mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to 425F oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and topping is heated through. Enjoy!
