Black Bean Spread
Made this for a Halloween dinner. Placed crackers into the dip as tomb stones. You can write on the "tomb stones" with a food safe marker.
How to Make Black Bean Spread
- Rinse and Drain black beans.
- In food processor (or blender) process beans and tomatoes in batches until fairly smooth. You may want to process for less time and leave the dip a bit chunky.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir until blended
- Pour into decorative bowl and serve. Can be spread on a nice sturdy bread or used as a dip with crackers, a sturdy chip and/or vegetables.
