Ingredients

  • 30 oz
    black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
  • 17 oz
    whole kernal corn, canned (drained)
  • 2 large
    tomatoes. seeded and chopped
  • 1 large
    avocado. peeled and chopped
  • 1
    purple onion, chopped
  • 1 medium
    jalapeno, fresh. diced
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Black Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl.

    Combine rest of ingredients in a jar or small bowl and shake or mix well. Stir in with rest of ingredients, cover, chill and serve.
