Ingredients

  • 30 ounces black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
  • 17 ounces whole kernal corn, canned (drained)
  • 2 large tomatoes. seeded and chopped
  • 1 large avocado. peeled and chopped
  • 1 - purple onion, chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno, fresh. diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make black bean salsa

  • Step 1
    Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Combine rest of ingredients in a jar or small bowl and shake or mix well.
  • Step 3
    Stir in with rest of ingredients, cover, chill and serve.
