- 17 ounces whole kernal corn, canned (drained)
- 2 large tomatoes. seeded and chopped
- 1 large avocado. peeled and chopped
- 1 - purple onion, chopped
- 1 medium jalapeno, fresh. diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make black bean salsa

Step 1Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Combine rest of ingredients in a jar or small bowl and shake or mix well.

Step 3Stir in with rest of ingredients, cover, chill and serve.
