Ingredients
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon greek seasoning
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves, chopped
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 medium (about 8-inch diameter) pita
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
How To Make baked greek pita wedges

Step 1Preheat oven to 400ºF

Step 2In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, feta cheese and lemon juice. Stir until mixed pressing down on the cheese with the back of our spoon to break it up.

Step 3Add Greek seasoning, garlic, mint, black pepper and olive oil; stir until well incorporated.

Step 4Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and evenly spread the feta cheese mixture over each.

Step 5Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Step 6Remove from the heat and slice pita into 4 equal pieces. Add some tomato pieces and sliced black olives. Serve immediately.
