  • 6.5 oz. jar(s)
    marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c
    grated romano cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red onion
  • 5 Tbsp
  • 1 medium
    french bread loaf

How to Make Artichoke Bruschetta


  1. Drain artichoke hearts. Chop. Mix with cheese, red onion, and mayonnaise.
  2. Slice a fresh loaf of French bread and place on cookie sheet. Spread mixture onto slices.
  3. Place in oven under broiler for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
