Ingredients For artichoke bruschetta

  • 6.5 oz. jar
    marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c
    grated romano cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red onion
  • 5 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 md
    french bread loaf

How To Make artichoke bruschetta

  • 1
    Drain artichoke hearts. Chop. Mix with cheese, red onion, and mayonnaise.

    Slice a fresh loaf of French bread and place on cookie sheet. Spread mixture onto slices.

    Place in oven under broiler for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
