marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c
grated romano cheese
1/3 c
chopped red onion
5 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 medium
french bread loaf

How to Make Artichoke Bruschetta

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain artichoke hearts. Chop. Mix with cheese, red onion, and mayonnaise.
  • 2Slice a fresh loaf of French bread and place on cookie sheet. Spread mixture onto slices.
  • 3Place in oven under broiler for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
