  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 pound beef frankfurters, cut in one inch pieces

How To Make tipsy franks

  • Step 1
    Combine jelly and mustard in a saucepan; cook over low heat, until jelly dissolves. Add bourbon and frankfurters; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon the mixture into a chafing dish, use woodden picks to serve. Makes 4 dozen.
