Have no idea where my Mother got this recipe just another one of many in her recipe box, we used to have them on holidays.

1 c
corn flakes (crushed)
2 lb
groundbeef
2 Tbsp
onion (diced)
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
heinz 57

SAUCE

12 oz
chili sauce
16 oz
cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice

How to Make Tangy Party Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix first 8 ingredients together.
    Roll into small balls { 1 1/2 in.}
  • 2Place meat balls in a sprayed 10x13 baking dish.
  • 3Mix the next 4 ingredience in a bowl with a whisk, pour over meat balls.
  • 4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve
