Ingredients

  • 18 - mini sweet peppers
  • 1 pound italian sausage (green chub)
  • 1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces
  • 2/3 cup grated or shredded parmesan

How To Make stuffed mini sweet peppers

  • Step 1
    Cut peppers in two and remove seeds.
  • Step 2
    Brown sausage, drain and crumble.
  • Step 3
    Mix sausage with cream cheese and parmesan.
  • Step 4
    Stuff each pepper half with the sausage/cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 until brown on top.
