Ingredients
- 18 - mini sweet peppers
- 1 pound italian sausage (green chub)
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces
- 2/3 cup grated or shredded parmesan
How To Make stuffed mini sweet peppers

Step 1Cut peppers in two and remove seeds.

Step 2Brown sausage, drain and crumble.

Step 3Mix sausage with cream cheese and parmesan.

Step 4Stuff each pepper half with the sausage/cheese mixture.

Step 5Bake at 350 until brown on top.
