I first had these at a brunch years ago. I just thought they were the cutest things. When I found out how simple they were to make I made them so much I got tired of them. I just recently made them again and WOW! they were gone in 5 minutes..

pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb
jimmy dean sausage ( or your favorite brand)

How to Make Sausage Pinwheels


  • 1Heat oven to 350.
    roll out the crescent rolls as directed.
  • 2Take raw sausage and spread onto each triangle.

    Roll crescent as directed and cut each one into 1 inch pieces. You should get 5 to 6 per crescent roll.
  • 3Place on baking sheet and cook according to the crescent roll directions.

    You may add cheese in with the sausage if you like.

    Serve with mustard at a party .... or eggs for breakfast.
