- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
How To Make pork schnitzel and applesauce bites

Step 1Bread the pork with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until cooked through and no longer pink. While the pork is cooling, add mustard to the applesauce and pour into a dipping bowl. After meat has cooled. Cut and cube the pork, skewering one per toothpick. Dip it into applesauce and serve.
