This recipe is from Freakin' Fabulous Book by Clinton Kelly, who says,"Everyone remembers Peter Brady's infamous Porkchops and Applesauce episode on The Brady Bunch, right?" Well this makes a perfect party platter that would make your mouth water!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

How To Make pork schnitzel and applesauce bites

  • Step 1
    Bread the pork with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until cooked through and no longer pink. While the pork is cooling, add mustard to the applesauce and pour into a dipping bowl. After meat has cooled. Cut and cube the pork, skewering one per toothpick. Dip it into applesauce and serve.
