How to Make Pork Schnitzel and Applesauce Bites
- Bread the pork with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until cooked through and no longer pink.
While the pork is cooling, add mustard to the applesauce and pour into a dipping bowl.
After meat has cooled. Cut and cube the pork, skewering one per toothpick. Dip it into applesauce and serve.
