Use your own pesto or your favorite commercial brand. Yield depends on size of meatballs. I make mine about 1 1/2-2 inches. Use in your favorite sauce over pasta or as an appetizer. They freeze well.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg
How To Make pesto meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 375°F. Line sheet pan with sides (15x10-inch) with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.

Step 2In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Shape mixture into balls; place on prepared pan.

Step 3Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of meatballs reads 165°F.
