Ingredients

1
loaf frozen bread dough
2
eggs separted
1 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
oregano
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 lb
sliceed pepperoni
1 c
shredded mozarella cheese

How to Make Pepperoni Roll

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thaw your bread and roll out to the size of a 12x14 inch cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
  • 2Make a paste out of the egg yolks, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder and black pepper. Then spread to cover all the dough.
  • 3Layer sliced pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  • 4Roll dough in jellyroll fashion and brush top with slightly beaten egg white.
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Slice and serve.
