Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup mango, finely chopped
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make mango jalapeño meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F and line parchment paper on baking sheet.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until well combined.

Step 3Scoop the meat mixture with 1-1/2 tablespoons cookie scoop, roll between your palms into balls.

Step 4Place the meatballs on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
