This meatballs are so good, juicy, sweet and savory flavor. Good for snack or add to your stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/3 cup mango, finely chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make mango jalapeño meatballs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375°F and line parchment paper on baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until well combined.
  • On baking sheet
    Step 3
    Scoop the meat mixture with 1-1/2 tablespoons cookie scoop, roll between your palms into balls.
  • Step 4
    Place the meatballs on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
