We all love liverwurst around here, even the cats, I can't keep it in the house. This is a little spread I make for toast or just crackers. Today I just threw it together and did not add bacon in it, so what you are seeing is just mayo and scallions.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces liverwurst
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 large scallions, chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled, optional

    Mash liverwurst in a bowl, add Mayo, and chopped scallions, bacon if you wish.
