Ingredients

  • 1 package polish kielbasa
  • 8oz cans sauerkraut, canned
  • 8oz packages swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 large pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons mustard, spicy brown
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How To Make kielbasa and sauerkraut stuffed bread

  • Step 1
    pre heat oven to 400 degrees Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces,sautee in butter on medium heat in a frying pan until brown and heated through,take off stove when finished strain excess butter,set kielbasa aside. Strain the sauerkraut really well squeeze to almost dry, pat on paper towel to remove excess liquid, add mustard, mix well Stretch pizza dough on a flat surface into a rectangle
  • Step 2
    On one side of the dough add 1/2 the bag of shredded swiss cheese,kielbasa,the sauerkraut mixture and the remaining cheese. spread it out but leave a little room on the edges.
  • Step 3
    Fold over the other side of dough crimp and pinch the edges closed shape into a loaf, place on a greased cookie sheet,cut tiny slits on the top of bread for air to escape,bake 25 mins or until the bread is lightly golden brown wait 5 mins before cutting, cut into slices and ENJOY!!
