Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2/3 cup quick cooking rice, (minute rice)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) hunt's tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1Mix beef, rice(uncooked), onion, seasonings. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Brown lightly on all sides in oil in a 10 inch skillet; drain fat. Add tomato sauce and water combined. Mix well. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
