Being from Hawaii I love pineapples. But it's so much better with ham as a finger food to. My brothers love it cause they get to work the grill. It's a guy thing lol...

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 8 - cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup jelly, red currant
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

How To Make hamie ham & pinepple kabobs

  • Step 1
    heat the grill first. Alernately thread ham,pineapple & tomatoes onto 4 10inch metal skewers.In a small microwave safe bowl. Combine the jelly & mustard. Microwave on high for about 1 to 2 mins or until elly haas melted. make sure to stir to combine.
  • Step 2
    Brush 3 to 4 Tbsp of the jelly mixture over the kabobs.
  • Step 3
    Place kabobs on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook for about 10 to 12 mins or until thoroughly heated & turn only once.
  • Step 4
    Serve with the remaining jelly mixture.
