Ingredients
- 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 pound ham (not sweet)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small jar red pimentos, drained (3.5 oz)
How To Make ham spread ( pastica de jamon)

Step 1In a food processor...put all the ingredients and pulse till a nice chunky or smooth consistensy (your preference) scraping down the sides to make sure everything is incoporated.

Step 2chill for at least an hour....serve on crackers or sliced bread.
