Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard (i use the brown spicy mustard, like gulden's, instead of regular yellow mustard)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 6 slices thin deli ham
- 6 slices thin deli turkey breast
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 package package party rolls (in aluminum pan) **the only place i've been able to find these any more has been walmart**
How To Make ham and swiss party rolls
-
Step 1Mix melted butter, onion powder and poppy seeds in a bowl.
-
Step 2Remove the rolls from the pan in one big piece and slice the entire package of party rolls in half horizontally
-
Step 3Spread mustard on inside of both halves of the party rolls
-
Step 4On bottom half of rolls place ham and turkey then top with cheese
-
Step 5Cover with the other half of the rolls
-
Step 6Return the prepared rolls to the aluminum pan
-
Step 7With a pastry brush, spread butter mixture on top (you can also do it inside if you wish, but I think it makes it too strong)
-
Step 8Cover with aluminum foil
-
Step 9Bake covered at 350 until hot (approx 10 minutes). For a crispier top, remove foil during the last couple of minutes.
