This is an awesome appetizer for parties. I have also made this with black and green olives. And I have also made this with the vegetable pizza toppings. You can pretty much choose whatever toppings you like.

Ingredients

- mini bagels sliced in halves
- cream cheese
- 3 corned beef lunch meat packets, diced small
- jar of red pimento, well drained
- sliced green onion or diced green pepper small

How To Make festive party bagels

Step 1

Mix your diced corned beef, well drained pimento and green onion OR green pepper and store in closed container and put into the refrigerator until ready to prepare. (I usually do this the night before.)

Step 2

To prepare: slice your mini bagels in half. Top each slice with cream cheese.
Step 3

Top with the diced corned beef, pimento and sliced green onion OR diced green pepper mixture.
Step 4

Place on a serving platter.
