A very tasty low carb snack! Quick & easy, just what I like! I also think these could be popped in the air fryer for a few minutes for a warmed appetizer.

yield 3 1/2 - 4 dozen..depending on thickness you cut

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup real bacon bits or crisp cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion or sweet onion minced
  • 1 cup finely chopped chicken...i use rotisserie and chop fine in food processor.
  • 1 cup fresh shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons dry ranch dressing seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons milk, heavy cream or almond milk
  • Dash accent
  • 3-4 large tortilla shells

How To Make ~ chicken, bacon, cheddar, pinwheels ~

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except the tortillas.
  • Step 2
    Lay out tortilla and spread mixture to edges evenly. Begin rolling firmly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple hours.
  • Step 3
    When ready to plate, remove from refrigerator and with a serrated knife gently slice ends off.
  • Step 4
    Slice into desired thickness and plate. Now the yummy nuggets are ready to devour! P.S I like serving these at room temperature, but you can serve them straight from the fridge as well.
