Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package 6 oz. stuffing mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- SAUCE:
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 jar cilli sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
How To Make cranberry special meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven 375 df ~ In large bowl combine beef, stuffing mix, eggs and onion, salt and pepper. Shape mix into 1 1/2" balls ~ Place on cookie sheet with rim and bake 15-20 min.

Step 2SAUCE: In medium saucepan combine the Cranberry Sauce, chille sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Heat til mixture come to boil. Stir frequently ~ combine balls and sauce. Keep warm in crockpot.
