If you like buffalo chicken, you're going to LOVE this rich, cheesy recipe for Buffalo Chicken Nachos. Rotisserie chicken makes the prep time easier than ever, so all you have to do it whisk together the cheese sauce, and layer everything together. So easy! So delicious! Perfect for game day, after school, and any snack in between!

    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2/3 c
    cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 1/4 c
    hand and half
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely sliced
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    purple onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro, chopped
  • 1
  • 1/4 c
    blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 c
    rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives, sliced
  • 8 c
    tortilla chips
  • 2 medium
    avocado s, cubed
  • 1 pkg
    hidden vally dip mix
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Nachos


  1. . In a large saucepan, whisk together 1cup of Monterey Jack cheese, , butter, buffalo sauce, and half and half. Cook over medium heat until smooth and hot.
  2. . Drizzle over tortilla chips. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy!
