- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup cayenne pepper hot sauce
- 1/4 cup hand and half
- 1/4 cup celery, finely sliced
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons purple onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 - jalapeño
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 8 cups tortilla chips
- 2 medium avocado s, cubed
- 1 package hidden vally dip mix
- 8 ounces sour cream

Step 1. In a large saucepan, whisk together 1cup of Monterey Jack cheese, , butter, buffalo sauce, and half and half. Cook over medium heat until smooth and hot.
