These are great for a snack or as an appetizer. I make these for my family while dinner is cooking away. It keeps my hungry grandbabies and my big babies happy until the dinner bell rings. So easy and so good, I know you'll love them.

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 16 - chicken drumettes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

How To Make balsamic glazed chicken pops

  • Step 1
Start with drumettes that have been washed with cold water and patted dry. Take the garlic cloves, smash them, peel them, and add them to a resealable plastic bag.
  • Step 2
Mix the vinegar, honey, and brown sugar.
  • Step 3
Add the drumettes and marinade to the resealable bag. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  • Step 4
After 1 hour, take them out onto a foil-lined and lightly greased sheet pan. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Step 5
Pour the extra marinade into a saucepan.
  • Step 6
Bake the drumettes for 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
While the drumettes are baking, reduce the marinade until it becomes syrupy; this will cook the marinade and intensify the flavors.
  • Step 8
After 30 minutes, remove drumettes from the oven and brush with the reduced marinade.
  • Step 9
They can be served on a platter, and you can spoon more of the glaze over the chicken.
