balsamic glazed chicken pops
These are great for a snack or as an appetizer. I make these for my family while dinner is cooking away. It keeps my hungry grandbabies and my big babies happy until the dinner bell rings. So easy and so good, I know you'll love them.

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 16 - chicken drumettes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
How To Make balsamic glazed chicken pops
-
Step 1Start with drumettes that have been washed with cold water and patted dry. Take the garlic cloves, smash them, peel them, and add them to a resealable plastic bag.
-
Step 2Mix the vinegar, honey, and brown sugar.
-
Step 3Add the drumettes and marinade to the resealable bag. Marinate for about 1 hour.
-
Step 4After 1 hour, take them out onto a foil-lined and lightly greased sheet pan. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
-
Step 5Pour the extra marinade into a saucepan.
-
Step 6Bake the drumettes for 30 minutes.
-
Step 7While the drumettes are baking, reduce the marinade until it becomes syrupy; this will cook the marinade and intensify the flavors.
-
Step 8After 30 minutes, remove drumettes from the oven and brush with the reduced marinade.
-
Step 9They can be served on a platter, and you can spoon more of the glaze over the chicken.
