cream cheese
1 c
8 oz
corned beef,chopped in small pieces
8 oz
swiss cheese,shredded
8 oz
sour cream
loaf of rye bread

How to Make Baked Reuben Dip


  • 1Remove top of bread loaf and clean out the bread inside to bake the dip in. Save the cubes from inside for dipping.
  • 2Mix all the ingredients together and place in the center of the carved bread.
  • 3Wrap loaf entirely in foil and bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.Serve warm.You can also bake it a different way. Put slices of bread on the bottom of casserole dish, pour the dip on top, sprinkle additional cheese and bake for 1 hour.
