Brown meat in pan and drain. Return drained meat to pan and add taco seasoning according to directions on package.
In a 9X13 casserole sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray layer in this order: meat, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, olives (if desired), and top with 1 cup of cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Microwave for a few minutes to warm when ready to serve with nacho chips.
