- 1 pound ground beef-cooked and drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium tomato-diced
- 1 bunch green onions-chopped
- 1 can olives-sliced (if desired)

Step 1Brown meat in pan and drain. Return drained meat to pan and add taco seasoning according to directions on package.

Step 2In a 9X13 casserole sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray layer in this order: meat, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, olives (if desired), and top with 1 cup of cheese.

Step 3Refrigerate until ready to serve. Microwave for a few minutes to warm when ready to serve with nacho chips.
