Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 - bell pepper
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 12 1/2 ounces canned tuna
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- - small amount of cooking oil
- 1 - stalk of celery
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 - can, cream of mushroom soup
- - pepper and garlic powder to taste (do not add salt)
How To Make a cup of tuna

Step 1Make sure all vegetables are chopped fine. Approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil in pan. When oil is hot, add veggies and saute' till they are wilted. Add the red pepper, black pepper and garlic powder. Cook over a medium heat and stir while cooking.

Step 2When veggies are wilted, add the cream of mushroom soup and the tuna. Mix well, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Step 3Preheat oven 350º. Place mixture in a baking pan sprayed lightly with pam and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4TOAST CUPS: Place slices of bread into a cupcake pan and bake until lightly brown. FIll with tuna mixture and then bake for another 5 minutes.
