This recipe was given to me by a friend at my work place many years ago. It was always a hit when she brought it to our holiday parties. It can also be made using regular (not low fat or sugar free) products.

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz) pkg
    fat free cream cheese
  • 3 small box
    instant sugar free vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 2 can(s)
    (15 1/2 oz) fruit cocktail, lite
  • ·
    nuts (optional)
  • ·
    graham crackers for serving

How to Make Rena's Fruit Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the cream cheese and dry pudding mix together until smooth. Drain fruit cocktail and crush with masher. Add to pudding mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Make into a roll or ball and cover with nuts if desired, or place in a bowl. Serve with graham crackers.
