Ingredients

1 1/2 ccider vinegar

1 1/2 cwater

1 csugar

1 Tbspkosher salt

1 Tbspcrushed red pepper
-
2 tspwhole black peppercorns

6whole cloves
-
12-inch cinnamon stick, broken into small pieces

4 largefresh peaches, slightly firm, peeled
How to Make Quick Pickled Peaches
- Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Cut each peach into 12 wedges. Add the peaches to the vinegar mixture; let stand 20 minutes. Remove the peaches with a slotted spoon.
