  • 1 large pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons fresh mint, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno chili

How To Make pineapple-onion salsa

  • Step 1
    Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill up to 8 hours. Serve with chips. Makes 7 cups.
