mini fillio shells (30 shells total)
tub (8 oz) strawberry cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
lemon preserves
egg whites
2 large
strawberries, fresh, sliced

How to Make Lemon Berry Sunshine Bites


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Place fillo shells on baking sheet and crisp for 5 minutes.
  • 2While shells are crisping, mix together cream cheese, preserves and egg whites with hand held mixer until smooth and fluffy.
    Remove shells from oven.
  • 3Pipe cream cheese mixture into cups just below top (they puff a bit while baking).
  • 4Place in oven and bake for 16 minutes.
  • 5Remove from oven and top with 1 slice of strawberry
