This is a refreshing fruit cup, and is great for a brunch! I estimated the number of servings for this post. The original recipe reads as follows: "Use as many of the following as you'll need for the amount you're making": grapefruit, navel oranges, seedless grapes (green and purple)
1Halve the oranges and grapefruit cross-wise. Using a knife, remove the seeds from the grapefruit. Cut around the circumference of the fruit and along the membrane separating the sections. Squeeze out the juice and and fruit sections into a large bowl.
2Cut the grapes in half, add to the bowl and mix.
3Chill, and serve in small bowls before or after your meal.
