This is a refreshing fruit cup, and is great for a brunch! I estimated the number of servings for this post. The original recipe reads as follows: "Use as many of the following as you'll need for the amount you're making": grapefruit, navel oranges, seedless grapes (green and purple)

yield 6 one cup servings

Ingredients

  • 3 - grapefruit
  • 6 - navel oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups purple seedless grapes

How To Make fruit cup

  • Step 1
Halve the oranges and grapefruit cross-wise. Using a knife, remove the seeds from the grapefruit. Cut around the circumference of the fruit and along the membrane separating the sections. Squeeze out the juice and and fruit sections into a large bowl.
  • Step 2
Cut the grapes in half, add to the bowl and mix.
  • Step 3
Chill, and serve in small bowls before or after your meal.
