fresh fruit (grapes, apples, strawberries, cantalope, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
8 oz
cheddar cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
8 oz
monterrey jack cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
(7 inch) wooden skewers
1 c
orange juice for dipping fruit to prevent discoloration


1/2 c
vanilla yogurt
1/4 c
sweet orange marmalade

How to Make Fruit & Cheese Kabobs


  • 1Alternate the fruit and cheese cubes on the skewers.
  • 2NOTE: Dip the fruit in the juice to prevent discoloration, if needed.
  • 3Stir together yogurt and marmalade and serve with kabobs as a dipping sauce.
