Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh fruit (grapes, apples, strawberries, cantalope, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 8 ounces monterrey jack cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- - (7 inch) wooden skewers
- 1 cup orange juice for dipping fruit to prevent discoloration
- ORANGE DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweet orange marmalade

Step 1Alternate the fruit and cheese cubes on the skewers.

Step 2NOTE: Dip the fruit in the juice to prevent discoloration, if needed.

Step 3Stir together yogurt and marmalade and serve with kabobs as a dipping sauce.
