1 lblow fat cottage cheese
8 ozcrushed pineapple in juice
8 ozplain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 tspground ginger
1/2 tsppure rum flavoring
1 Tbspchopped walnuts
How to Make Creamy Pineapple Dip
- Place cottage cheese in container or blender, or food processor; blend until smooth, scraping down sides of container. Pour into a medium bowl.
- Drain pineapple in sieve, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Add pineapple to cottage cheese, along with yogurt, ginger, and rum flavoring; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with your favorite cracker, sprinkled with nuts.
