This is a delicious dish to serve at parties and the Christmas holidays. My Mother gave my sister in law and I this one, it is very low in calories, but it is a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 pound low fat cottage cheese
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 8 ounces plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pure rum flavoring
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
How To Make creamy pineapple dip

Step 1Place cottage cheese in container or blender, or food processor; blend until smooth, scraping down sides of container. Pour into a medium bowl.

Step 2Drain pineapple in sieve, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Add pineapple to cottage cheese, along with yogurt, ginger, and rum flavoring; mix well.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with your favorite cracker, sprinkled with nuts.
