packed light brown sugar
fresh or frozen whole cranberrys
How to Make Cranberry Appetizers
1Combine sugars and water; bring to a boil
2Stir in cranberrys cook for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occassionaly
4Stir in 1-3 Tbs of prepared horseradish (I used 1 1/2 Tbs; 2 would probably be ok, I think 3 would be a bit much) and 1 Tbs of dijon style mustard.
5Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and cream cheese.
