Ingredients
- 2 - grannysmith apples, peeled, cored, sliced into thick matchstick slices
- 5 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make children's favorite baked apple fries

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place apple slices in one layer in baking dish.

Step 2In measuring cup, whisk together the water and cornstarch. Pour over apples and stir to mix.

Step 3Sprinkle apples w/ sugar and cinnamon. Bake until tender, about 15 mins.
