I saw something like this on the internet and decided to make my own. They are super easy and the strawberries turn out really pretty.

These strawberries are too adorable for words. Chocolate dip strawberries are always a treat. Making them with a patriotic theme for summer is adorable and tasty. These require a little skill to dip and get the sugar right, but it's not hard. A great project for kids to help with.

Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 package white almond bark
  • 1 bottle blue decorating sugar

How To Make 4th of july strawberries

  • Washed strawberries drying.
    Step 1
    Wash strawberries and allow to dry.
  • Decorating sugar in a bowl.
    Step 2
    Pour decorating sugar into a small bowl.
  • Melted almond bark in a bowl.
    Step 3
    Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dipping strawberry into almond bark.
    Step 4
    Dip each strawberry halfway into the almond bark.
  • Almond bark drying on strawberry.
    Step 5
    Let set on wax paper.
  • Dipping strawberry in blue sugar.
    Step 6
    After the almond bark sets, redip just the tip of the strawberry in the almond bark. Let the excess drip and set for a few minutes. Then dip the bottom of the strawberry into the decorating sugar. Place back on the wax paper to set up. Serve immediately or refrigerate until time to serve.
